SHINE!

Matthew 5:14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Matthew 5:15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.
Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.

I WILL DELIVER!

Psalm 91:14 Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness–trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never].
Psalm 91:15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
Psalm 91:16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation.

Cry out to the Lord

Deuteronomy 26:7 And when we cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, the Lord heard our voice and looked on our affliction and our labor and our [cruel] oppression;
Deuteronomy 26:8 And the Lord brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, and with great (awesome) power and with signs and with wonders;

Unshakable Hope!

Now when God made a promise to Abraham, since there was no one greater than himself, he swore an oath on his own integrity to keep the promise as sure as God exists! So he said, “Have no doubt, I promise to bless you over and over, and give you a son and multiple you without measure!” So Abraham waited patiently in faith and succeeded in seeing the promise fulfilled. It is very common for people to swear an oath by something greater than themselves, for the oath will confirm their statements and end all dispute. So in the same way, God wanted to end all doubt and confirm it even more forcefully to those who would inherit his promises. His purpose was unchangeable, so God added his vow to the promise. So it is impossible for God to lie for we know that his promise and his vow will never change! And now we have run into his heart to hide ourselves in his faithfulness. This is where we find his strength and comfort, for he empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of time—an unshakable hope! ~ Hebrews 6:13-18 The Passion Translation

Clear Evidence

In previous generations he (the living God, the Creator of all things) allowed the nations to pursue their own ways, yet he has never left himself without clear evidence of his goodness. For he blesses us with rain from heaven and seasons of fruitful harvests, and he nourishes us with food to meet our needs. He satisfies our lives, and euphoria (the spirit of joy, an ecstasy that comes from God) fills our hearts. ~ Acts 14:16-17 (The Passion Translation)

Way In Which To Walk

Psalm 85:8 I will listen [with expectancy] to what God the Lord will say, for He will speak peace to His people, to His saints (those who are in right standing with Him)–but let them not turn again to [self-confident] folly.
Psalm 85:9 Surely His salvation is near to those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him, [and is ready to be appropriated] that [the manifest presence of God, His] glory may tabernacle and abide in our land.
Psalm 85:10 Mercy and loving-kindness and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
Psalm 85:11 Truth shall spring up from the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
Psalm 85:12 Yes, the Lord will give what is good, and our land will yield its increase.
Psalm 85:13 Righteousness shall go before Him and shall make His footsteps a way in which to walk.

Yes and Amen!

2 Corinthians 1:18 As surely as God is trustworthy and faithful and means what He says, our speech and message to you have not been Yes [that might mean] No.
2 Corinthians 1:19 For the Son of God, Christ Jesus (the Messiah), Who has been preached among you by us, by myself, Silvanus, and Timothy, was not Yes and No; but in Him it is [always the divine] Yes.
2 Corinthians 1:20 For as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God.
